From Limavady follow the Seacoast road to the turnoff for Benone Complex (on the left). From Downhill follow the Seacoast Road to Benone Complex (on the right). follow the road around the bend towards Benone Complex. After 100m turn sharply to the left and follow the directions to Benone Beach. The road has a long sweep to the right passing a road on the left going to Golden Sands Caravans Centre. Continue towards the beach. In another 100m you will continue past the "Beach site for Golden Sands" and as you are turning the gentle left hand corner you will find an entrance on the left with a Green Gate . That is 39 Benone Avenue.
